How does that happened? is there any spiritual way to deal with anger? this site has provided me some insights about what we really go through when we experience something like that. Anger in most cases is frustration at not being able to see another's point of view or that a person does not see things the way you do. This can be turned into a learning moment to open our minds and try and see it from another's point of view. There is of course other types of anger but that seems to be the most common one.
