Christmas is pretty quiet for us. We don't buy a lot of gifts. We try to see all the family during this time.

For me Christmas is giving to others, spending time with family and enjoying what we have together. We don't sing songs or have huge gatherings, but we enjoy each others company, joke around and just be ourselves without having to put on a huge production. It's what was taught to me as a child and i cherish every Christmas that I have my family with me. The most memorable Christmas was when we moved to another province and we didn't have money enough to get a lot of presents. All we got that year was one present each, but I was thankful because I had my family with me. I would say it was one of my most memorable Christmases because we had each other, we were in the middle of nowhere and all we had was each other. The gifts were just the icing on the cake.
